Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order as part of a limited preorder release, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Flare of Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, if your order appears to be lost in transit or you experience a delivery issue, please reach out to us at flareoffaithstore@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
